RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All orders placed on our website are considered final sale. We generally do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Please check the product details, colour and size carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if the claim is approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging are not eligible for a claim.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
