Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID. Cancellation requests received before the order is shipped may be accepted.

Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Eligible Cancellations
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing time may depend on the payment service provider or bank.
